This Privacy Policy explains how Trapound (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our websites, apps, and services (the “Service”).

2) Information we collect
- Account & contact data: name, email and settings. Your password is stored and managed by Google. We do not store passwords when you log in via Google.
- Subscription & billing data: customer ID, subscription status, plan/price IDs, invoice history (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
- App content: trade journal entries, notes, attachments you upload, and configuration you set (your content remains yours).
- Device & usage: IP address, device/browser info, pages/actions, timestamps, diagnostic logs (to keep the Service reliable and secure).
- Support: messages you send us (email or in-app).
3) How we use information
We use your data only to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Typical uses:
- Account creation, authentication, and user preferences
- Syncing and displaying your journal data and analytics
- Payments, billing, fraud prevention, and account notifications
- Security, debugging, and service improvement
- Responding to support requests
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.

We use strictly-necessary cookies and storage (e.g., session, auth). We may use functional and performance cookies to improve UX. You can control cookies via your browser; some features may not work without them.

We keep personal data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, audit, and legal purposes. You can request deletion; we’ll remove or de-identify data unless we must keep it by law.

- California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can request access or deletion as above.

We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) for cross-border transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
