Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2025
Welcome to Trapound (“Trapound,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern your use of our websites, apps, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are & how to contact us
Legal name: Trapound LLC
Address: 1445 Woodmont Ln NW #1926, Atlanta, GA 30318
Email: support@trapound.net
2) Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
3) Subscriptions, trials & billing
Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly/annual) until you cancel.
Pricing. Fees and taxes (if any) are shown at checkout. We may update prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to future renewals.
Trials. If your plan includes a free trial, the first charge occurs when the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Payment authorization. You authorize us (via Stripe) to store and charge your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
Refund policy
All fees are non-refundable and non-creditable once a billing period starts. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current term and won’t be charged again. We don’t provide partial or prorated refunds (including for mid-period cancellations or downgrades), except where required by law or if we agree otherwise in writing.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a valid charge, you remain responsible for amounts owed under these Terms. Please contact support first—we can usually resolve issues faster than a card dispute.
4) Managing & cancelling
Manage your plan, update payment methods, or cancel anytime via Account → Manage Billing (Stripe Customer Portal) or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5) Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to (and not to allow others to): misuse or overload the Service, scrape content, probe/bypass security, reverse-engineer, resell without permission, or violate laws or third-party rights.
6) Your data & privacy

- We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing/advertising.
- We share limited data with service providers (processors) needed to run the Service (e.g., hosting/DB, email delivery, and Stripe for payments). They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
- We may create aggregated/de-identified statistics to improve features; these don’t identify you.
- You retain ownership of your content and grant us only the rights needed to host, process, and display it to provide the Service.
See our Privacy Policy for details and your rights.
7) Service changes & availability
We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse, or security reasons.
8) Beta features & feedback
Beta/experimental features are provided “as is.” You grant us a royalty-free license to use feedback to improve the Service.
